What is the return policy for canvas paintings?

You can return canvas paintings within 7 days of delivery. DekorDelivery offers “7 Days Returns.”

Are the prints stretched / framed, or is the canvas just rolled?

We offer multiple standard size options depending on the specific artwork. Sizes vary from smaller formats like 12×24 inches up to large ones like 28×40, 24×48 inches depending on the painting. 

Do they offer replacements or refunds if the product arrives damaged or not as expected?

Yes — we have a “Replacement Policy” (and 7 Days Returns) on selected products. If the canvas painting is damaged or faulty, you can apply for replacement or contact them per their returns/replacement terms. 

What kind of finishes / mounting can I expect (framed, unframed, etc.)?

Some canvas paintings are already framed; some are simply stretched canvas prints. For example, the “Abstract Ganesha Painting Print on Framed Canvas” indicates it comes framed with a solid oak frame.
